To provide our Services, you agree to grant us access to the property where the cleaning services are to be performed at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property due to your failure to provide access, you may be charged a fee for the missed appointment.
3.3. Safety and Compliance
We prioritize the safety of our staff and clients. You agree to ensure that the property is safe for our staff to perform the cleaning services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that the property poses a safety hazard.
4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by us, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Hifi Cleaning Services or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The arbitration will take place in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the language of arbitration will be English.
